I would like to express my sincere thanks for the first class service you have given in spec’ing and overseeing the build of my two PRS private stock guitars. I have to say that both guitars are absolutely amazing and I know that this is largely due to the effort you have both put into the process. Thanks to you guys, these guitars have not only lived up to my very high expectations, but blown them away!In today’s climate it is surprisingly difficult to get good customer service from a guitar manufacturer, but I am sure the outstanding service you manage to deliver is in part due to the excellent relationships you have developed with Gavin at Headline Music, and Paul Reed Smith and the PRS Private Stock team, and also due to the way you deal with the inevitable ‘hiccups’ that occur during the process of turning a dream into the work of art that is a PRS Private Stock.If anyone is thinking of buying a Private Stock guitar, I would strongly suggest they have a look at the photos of the guitars you have had built for me, and others, and consider purchasing it from no-one but yourselves!Please pass on my thanks to the team at PRS and Headline Music. I receive the guitar and pass all the week end with her !! Very impressive guitar, very well made, really, comfortable and sound amazing ;)I have a Suhr Guthrie and i don’t think its as good as the PRS. All is great and thanks a lot for the check and the strings, you check it as i dreamed it :) Thanks a lot really. I hope i could get a tom anderson from you soon :)
