Sectis Ochil Burst Nitro w/ masked binding #016
2016 Novo Sectis in Ochil Burst Nitro w/ masked binding. Very early guitar most likely hand built by Dennis Fano. Lovely model with some high spec options including figured Quatersawn Wenge fingerboard, Mastery bridge and Duesenberg trem. The tempered Maple neck has a comfortable 'Chunky C' profile and feels simular to a '63 Strat and measures .860 at the first fret and .950 at the 12th. 9'-14' compound radius. Jescar 6105 frets and a Tusq nut make for a great feel. Fralin p90 pickups with a 5 way Vari-Tone Styler rather than a tone knob and sounds excellent and suits the guitar well. There is a photo of the full spec sheet in the gallery. Condition is very good, its been part of a large collection and has had little use. There are a few very small marks and a bit of checking in the nitro lacquer on the headstock face but noting serious. Nice weight at 7lb 2oz. With original Hard Case and Spec sheet.
