We use DPD or UPS for all of our UK Shipping and UPS for Worldwide Shipping. For DPD UK you’ll now get a text telling you exactly which hour your guitar will arrive and how far the driver is away from the delivery address. If you are ordering more than one guitar they will be shipped as separate packages. For Worldwide shipping via UPS you receive tracking information as soon as the goods have left us.

What’s more, our revolutionary Follow My Parcel service enables receivers to watch the progress of their delivery on a real-time map, all the way down to a final 15 minute timeslot. To give our SMS and email notifications that personal touch, the sender’s branding is included and we even tell you the name of your DPD driver, as well as the position you occupy in their delivery queue.

As well as keeping customers informed at every stage of the journey, we believe in maximising choice and convenience. That’s why we provide access to a suite of rescheduling options both on the day of delivery and the night before, allowing customers to take delivery of their goods in a way that suits. If you wish to reschedule, you can:

Select an alternative delivery date
Opt for delivery to a nominated neighbour
Have the parcel left in a specified safe place
Collect the parcel from your local DPD depot
Upgrade delivery to before 12

Yes we need to make sales, this is after all a business but…. this is also our passion! 35 years in guitar sales means we know what we are doing and what you guys expect!

Company refers to World Guitars. Goods and services refers to The Goods and services which the company supplies. Purchaser refers to The person who the company is supplying goods and services to.

Ownership of Goods
Legal title in goods shall remain the company’s until such time the company receives payment in full of all sums due in respect of goods supplied. If the purchaser fails to make all payments when due, dishonours payment, enters bankruptcy, liquidation, has a receiver or manager appointed over any assets or becomes insolvent, or if the company has reasonable cause to believe that any of these events may occur, the company shall reserve the right without prejudice to any other remedy of the company to repossess the goods and materials without prior notice and the purchaser will permit the company to enter any premises for the such repossession.

Goods reserved with a deposit will be held for a period of upto four weeks from invoice date unless other arrangements are agreed by us prior to deposit. Deposits are non transferable or refundable.

Delivery times are approximated. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence unless previously agreed by the company in writing. The companys charge for delivery may not represent the actual cost paid by the company to it’s courier. The company reserves the right to charge the purchaser the full cost of carriage on unwanted goods.

Shortages and Damage in transit
Any shortages or damages must be reported to the company within 24 hours or next working day from the delivery date.

Returning Goods Purchased Online
The company will not accept any returns without a valid returns authorisation. All mail order returns must be notified within seven days of delivery date. It is the purchasers responsibility to return any unwanted products to the company in the condition that they were received, in the original packaging and with a copy of the sales receipt. A free collection will be made by the company in the case of faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. Unwanted goods must be returned at the purchasers expense. Once back with us and checked the goods will then be refunded less any shipping charges. We will also reclaim the original shipping costs at cost price for returned goods from a refund even in the case of free delivery. This may take up to 7 days. The company reserves the right to make a re-stocking charge in the case of goods incorrectly purchased. Cancelled or returned orders paid via PayPal will incur a PayPal imposed charge. 

Returns on any special orders that have been specified or customised to the customers specification are not accepted.

Our in store policy is that “all sales are final", if you’ve visited, tried something in person while using our service, expertise etc, then there is no legal or moral responsibility for refunds.
