2010 Fender Custom Shop John Cruz Masterbuilt '56 Telecaster Closet Classic. Lightweight Ash body finished in Blonde Nitro. Closet Classic aging is tastefully done showing nice subtle checking a few light signs of careful use, great for people who are not keen full-on relics. Its a lovely sounding Tele with Handwound pickups by the legendary Abigail Ybarra, both neck and bridge have just the right amount of push for a vintage Tele and not harsh as some are... Neck profile is simular to a large "10/56 V" feeling comfortable with 7.25" radius and vintage frets and suits it well. Its clear this is a Masterbuilt guitar, from the soft feeling rounded edges of the fingerboard to the very authentic finish and the killer Tele tone! Fitted with the excellent Callahan compensated saddles. Its been part of a collection and is excellent condition. Nice weight at 7lbs 3oz. With original case, cert, strap and tags.
