2015 Gibson Memphis ES Les Paul Custom VOS in Ebony. The Gibson ES-Les Paul combines the iconic Les Paul design with the warm, resonant tones of a semi-hollow body. Featuring a maple/poplar/maple laminated body, a center block and a lightweight design, it offers enhanced sustain and reduced feedback. 3 Gold plated MHS humbuckers deliver vintage-inspired tones, while the elegant VOS Ebony finish adds a timeless aesthetic. This is a really great sounding and playing guitar. The MHS humbuckers are a low wind version of the Custombuckers found in the current R9's and work so well in Gibson semi's with a nice vintage flavour. We think this is a very cool and rare guitar. When we sold it new back in 2015, it was the only triple pickup 'Custom" version we saw anywhere. The other few were all 2 pickup '59' style sunburst models. Amazing weight at 7lb! A lovely sounding, looking and playing ES.. Part of a large collection and in excellent condition with only very light use. With original Hard Case and Cert.
