2020 Tom Anderson Icon Classic in Olympic White. Custom ordered with just about every box ticked! This is Anderson's take on the original S type with the 'correct' size body, a touch bigger than their usual Classic S, with the input Jack on the front, 3 control knobs and 5 way switch. It has the expensive option of 'level 3' aging of the Nitro finish and like everything Anderson do, this is extremely well done. Another nice option is the solid Rosewood neck with their '62 Pete' profile that is simular to a '62 Strat and suits this guitar perfectly. Along with a lovely smooth feeling, the Rosewood adds clarity and warmth to the tone. SC2 pickups in the neck and middle and HC3+ in the bridge with a coil split (push push on lower tone knob) cover a wide range of tones. Neck and bridge pickups can also be combined with another 'push push' on the middle knob. So a highly versatile guitar that sounds amazing and looks rather good! And you could also call the excellence of our internal wiring a work of art. Our gorgeous paint jobs are done using a revolutionary new ultra violet light curing process that was pioneered here.
It allows the instruments full tonal potential to be uninhibited while setting a new level of beauty for our guitars.
