1976 Gibson Les Paul Standard in Wine Red. This was the fist year Gibson returned to full size humbuckers and this is a rare example being finished in Wine Red. In great condition for a 50 year old guitar. It has had different tuners fitted at some point but period correct items are now fitted. We believe the bridge has been replaced at some point and the bridge pickup has been replaced with a latter 80's Gibson 'Bill Laurence' pickup. As far as we can tell, everything else is correct and original. It plays very well having had a light fret dress, its clear it has not been over-used and abused during its life and the current long term owner has kept it safely cased during his ownership.
