2014 Private Stock Custom 24 with McCarty thickness body. Stunning Curly Maple top really stands out with this McCarty Glow nitro finish. Dark East Indian Rosewood fingerboard with curly maple binding. African Ribbon Mahogany back is slightly thicker than a standard Custom 24, this is a common Private Stock option adding a bit more warmth and depth to the tone. Fitted with 53/10 pickups, these were wound with old NOS Gibson wire that Paul unearthed and are no longer available. They sound fabulous with strong vintage tone. This guitar has been part of a collection and is in excellent condition with very light signs of use, tiny ding on the back by jack (see photo). Comes complete with original PRS Private Stock paisley case and Private Stock certificate.
